J P Whitter has successfully carried out a programme of borehole testing and rehabilitation work for us under our water authority framework agreements at various locations throughout Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria. The work has been carried out to a high standard in a professional and safe manner with a high degree of flexibility to meet with our clients programme and operations requirements.
